Title: Inside/Outside Assistant
Location: Hilton Head, SC
Description:
Continuously exemplifies the Greenwood Communities and Resorts(GCR) mission, values and customer service philosophy of GCR in job performance and in relationships to others. This position is responsible for ensuring that our customers have an outstanding golfing experience, the position is also responsible for assisting guests to and from the golf facility.
- Ensure prompt opening and closing of the facility.
- Provide superior customer service to all memebers, guests and staff. Greet and welcome all patrons to facility.
- Serve as a source of information for the guests, cross company amenities.
- Assist in merchandising.
- Responsible for day-to-day operations.
- Complete daily reports.
- Responsible for supervision of entire staff as directed by Head Pro as needed in their absence.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
